SIX AND ONE MINUTE
By Asi Gal
Short plays festival #26 of TZAVTA Theater
a part of a play collection named "6:00 P.M after the war"
Just moments before the war ends, a couple sits in their living room, looking out from the balcony and preparing for life after the ceasefire. A philosophical play dealing with the human transition from a period of survival and existential fear to the "ordinary" life that begins the minute the fighting stops. Do we take to the streets and celebrate? Do we mourn the dead? And above all—who will we hate and who will we fear now?
